Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any person from booking or attending any workshop for whatever reason we feel is not in the best interest for Wollumbin Gourmet Mushrooms. We also reserve the right to remove any person who may be disruptive or we feel may not be in the best interest for the other patrons.
Refund Policy
We understand that for some reason you may not be able to attend the course you paid for. Here is our refund and cancellation policy.
If you Notify us at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course and your options are:
- A full refund of your course fee - Full refunds attract an administration fee of $20 per ticket.
- A switch or transfer to any other face-to-face course on our website. Any difference in price must be paid for at time of transfer and any refund due will incurr a $20 administration fee.
Refunds and transfers are
not available
within 14 days of a course’s commencement date although I am happy to switch your ticket to another person’s name at any time or if I am able to fill your space then I can do a transfer of your ticket. If I cannot find a replacement you will lose your course fee.
